| It has been awhile since I blogged last. Why, you ask? Well, if the most photogenic item you can find to take a picture of is the little statue in the back yard covered with frost, maybe that will explain it. |

| The wind has blown all the fall leaves off the trees. |

| We made a quick trip to the lake which hasn't frozen yet. A Mallard pair seems unwilling to head south... sort of like me, though like this male following dutifully behind his bride, I will probably do the same before it gets too cold. |

| We did notice that some of the Canada geese were instructing the Swans how to walk on water. |

| This is where we hang out early in the morning before making our way to the Health-fitness center. The forecast is for near zero visibility with one to three inches of snow so this room may soon be closed till Spring. |

| If it snows it will be our third snowfall this year... we need the moisture and as long as it melts like the first two, I will take it. The snow blower is tuned up and ready to go. Happy Thanksgiving! |
