| Sunday afternoon we drove down the road a piece to Buffalo Gap, Texas. They have an historic village that we went to visit. |

| The village had period houses and businesses to browse through. I imagine that Texas was an interesting place to live during the last half of the nineteen century. |

| On the wall was was a stuffed white buffalo head. Coming from ND I am aware that the native American tribes believe these animals are sacred. |

| The jail was a combination of courtroom and jail which showed some signs of bullet holes on the outside. |

| Homes and businesses were pretty basic. |

| The church was the most recent addition to the village and seemed to be in better shape. |
